At AC’s Wax & Scents, each order is carefully prepared with love and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and scent-based, we want to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.
Due to the nature of wax melts and home fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Approved issues may qualify for:
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit
• Refund (when applicable)
We are not responsible for:
• Melted products due to hot weather after delivery
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
